If itÂ’s on Fri so the big lab will be free, the lab designed for 18 students
we can but extra chairs on it (4-7 chairs).

It looks like we may have more than 15 people interested in the Mohammad Halawah lecture next Fri. We have a space constraint of 15 people at ITU.
What do you propose we do?
1- Limit the number for the first 15 confirmations.
2- Move the lecture to some University Hall? Who can set us up?
3- Postpone Lecture until we find solution and conduct regular meeting.
4- Any other suggestions we can consider ?
