i think you can supply Client Browser with Proxy Info by PAC file
(Proxy Auto-Config).
take a look for this dhcp configuration file:
http://www.mrp3.com/windows-to-unix-dhcp.html
and look for this in it:
# Uncomment this if you want to provide a proxy server configuration
file and
# indicate the correct web address in the string
#  option custom-proxy-server "http://192.168.1.1/wpad.pac";;
