An OS that is binary compatible with Windows? Now why would anyone want to do that? The good thing about Linux, Open Solaris, BSD,etc is that they did things right, and NOT the M$ way. And IMHO, we already have too many good OSs, we don't need anymore, specially ones that don't add anything new.
