I think it's better to give it more time so that we can better prepare it.
But the problem of having it between semesters is that we loose the chance
of marketing in universities, which I think is major. I have a feeling that
it would be hard to have everything ready in 20 days, but still, if this is
what everybody agrees to, I hope we can make it.

True, but are there any other options besides JEA? Not that there's any
problem with JEA but to see other options that we can contact. (Related to
B.1)

I'm also betting that there will be a lot of professionals form the IT
world. I see a lot of interest recently. Email forwards should do the trick,
and a facebook group would be a nice idea. Once we set the date/time, I will
have the facebook thing sorted out.

This shouldn't be a problem I guess, and I agree on the idea of making the
