Omar, here is how thing go, You go to the bus terminal in irbid and take the bus to Amman , this would get you to the new "Mojamma3 Al-Shamal" terminal. from there, take a big blue new bus, it has a big digital orange display saying (Mojamma3 Al-Shamal -> Mojamma3 Al-Ma7atta) ,, Bus Number (1) You take this bus, the ride costs 22 qirsh, you should have them exactly, he wont return money back to you. the bus will go to Da5eleih circle, and then to the old Abdali, and continue to Down-town ... get down awal wast el balad (set in the 1st seat & tell the driver 3end mat3am el-quds) .. the restaurant will be on your left, very obvious. After you get down from the bus, pass the street from the traffic light (very important, balash tet5alaf, sarat 10 JD hai el mo5alafe), and there you go ,,, Mansaf installation Fest inside :) w hala 3ammee.
