I just read the terms, mostly gibberish, but what I got from it, is that the copyright law in the russian federation is nice (if it's true)! :) What exactly are you worried about? legal prosecution (use tor and fake id, dont think any1 will go through too much trouble for a measly book download!)? or is it some kind of ethical thinking that I dont have? because I certainly don't consider this stealing! it's there it's downloadable, if you want it, get it, if you like it, and feel you should reward the author buy the book! that's what I would do ( I personally prefer reading books to ebooks). It's the publishers job to force them to remove copy righted material, for all i know it's legal in Russia :) his methods of making money, is not going to stop me from gaining knowledge!
