The question is:

1- Where does the package manager cache the rpm file so I can use them.
2- How can I make a CD which contains rpm packages to be used a repository.

I know how to do it in UBUNTU. But I don't know how to do it in OpenSuse.

In Ubuntu the deb files are stored in /var/cache/apt/archives

and I use AptONcd to make packages CD repository.

and by the way what "exactly" is that agreement between Microsoft and
Novell.
