I am trying to install opensuse 13.3 in a computer lab in Tafila Univesity.
I decided to install openSuse 13.3. but I have some problem with the package
manager, and the questions are:

1- Where does the package manager cache the rpm file so I can use them for
computer without internet connection.
2- How can I make a CD which contains rpm packages to be used a repository.

I know how to do it in UBUNTU. But I don't know how to do it in OpenSuse.

In Ubuntu the deb files are stored in /var/cache/apt/archives

and I use AptONcd to make packages CD repository.

*And by the way what "exactly" is that agreement between Microsoft and
Novell*.
