Hi Jad, I have had umax for about a month now, service is ok, speeds are good in general.
When I god the device, I had trouble connecting to it via PPPoE directly from my laptop to the device. (yes yes the cable was the right cable to use). Eventually I plugged it into my linksys's internet port, and it dialed without any problems. So I have no technical explanation of what happened. But I did do logical troubleshooting steps and everything in an orderly fashioned way. Just my 2 cents... I hope they are of help to you :)...
