Guys, I have two questions about OpenOffice.org

First, in MS Office Access, there is a feature that allows you to
import Excel files into your database, and use them in creating your
tables, instead of having to rewrite all the data from Excel into your
Access Table.
Is there an equivalent feature in OO.Org?

Second, in OO.Org Databese, when I attempt to create a new table using
the SQL codes, the new table does not appear in the Tables list, why
is that?
