Although you may raise a valid point,  profiling is not about knowing what
you searched for only.

I am more worried about a corporation insisting on enabling cookies for
their service to work.  They are assigning you a global ID. You as a person.
Not your browser.

Before we go into the immediate and future implications of this I would like
to ask you all not to hijack the thread too much. .
