Hi,
you have an error in your jonas-ejb-jar_e1.xml file
it lacks </cmp-field-jdbc-mapping>
after
<cmp-field-jdbc-mapping>
<field-name>m_import</field-name>
<jdbc-field-name>m_import</jdbc-field-name>
