Sorry, it took me so long to resposne. I was on vacation. As Olivier state,d
this is the only workaround we found at the time we have encountered the
problem. We have not revisited it so it might be already fixed in Jonas (as
I recall we had some other problems with naming service at that time and it
was our fault with incorrect classpath and jndi.properties file so it might
be connected with that as well).

Yes, your are right, this is a bug, but I found a work around: just drop the
java:comp/env path and instead, just use jdbc/MyDs (and I'm not sure but you
can also drop jdbc).
All in all, Jonas is not happy with naming.
