I can confirm that the ejbSample/WEB-INF directory is indeed missing in the 2.1.1 
binary.

(I assumed that it just contained the sb classes and created it myself)

Hi Joe,
I know that the security examples was incomplete in a previous JOnAS
binary.
The WEB_INF directory under ejbSample was missing.
You will find as attached file  the complete example with this directory
the code of the servlet is in ejbSample/WEB-INF/classes...
I have to check if in the binary version on the web the example is
complete or not.
