The EJB 1.1 spec says that entity beans with bean-managed-persistence
are expected to be modularized through data access objects, and bean
providers are expected to use specialized tools to design those data
access objects. What kind of tools do you use? I've had a quick look at
the documentation of the DOD in Enhydra Enterprise, but it seems to be
too tightly integrated with Enhydra Enterprise, so its use with JOnAS
does not seem to be straightforward. Are you aware of any stand-alone
DOD tool -- possibly freeware/open source?
