I wrote these days that we had sporadic problems starting EJBServer on one machine.
Now I downloaded 1.3.1 and have that
problems on my machine, too.
The error message is:

OException: Exception creating connection to: localhost; nested exception is:
java.net.SocketException: connect (code=10055)]
Cannot create containers : EJBServer halting
If I try again several times, without any change, the sever starts without problems.
