Fw: JOnAS Vs Weblogic

Hi,   Can anybody tell me what are the implementation difference between JOnAS and Weblogic. If i develop an application on JOnAS and tomorrow i want to migrate it on the Weblogic what all changes i need to do in my application.   Does i need to change only the descriptor file and every thing goes well?     Regards Surendra
