Hi,

This error means that the jndi.properties file is not accessible
via the CLASSPATH.
By default, this file is in the $JONAS_ROOT.
This path is included in the CLASSPATH via the
$JONAS_ROOT/bin/unix/config_env script (or
%JONAS_ROOT%\bin\nt\config_env.bat).

See the JOnAS's Installation Guide, & Configuring JNDI Environment.
