under $JONAS_ROOT/examples/src/sb
ClientOp.java is an example of a sample application java
that does what you want to do.
You can find the corresponding client in a servlet form under
$JONAS_ROOT/examples/src/security/ejbSample/WEB-INF/classes/ServletOP.java
