Thank you Rose, Kakki & Sharon for the wonderful photos! What a dream-like
weekend it was. My only wish is to go back & do it again...this time being
sure to make the opportunity to connect with everyone- one to one. It all
went by so fast! Oh, I guess that is what next year is for...
I am really grateful to all of you who came from other countries to make
this event so special. I hope you all will return next year!
Really extra super duper special thanks to Ashara & Sal for your incredible
generosity, Les for being glue that holds us all together, Maggie & Heather
for all your culinary & decorative creations, & Paz for being such a musical
force of organization & generosity. If Ashara & Les are the mom & pop, Paz
is the mayor of JMDL land I think.
Thank you to all who wrote of your weekend memories. Mine seem to come in
tiny spurts & I am reluctant to start trying to remember them all because I
know I will leave something or someone out. I really look forward to seeing
the video & hearing the CD.
All who performed were simply magnificent. I was really blown away with the
talent both on stage & off. And with meeting so many wonderful warm hearted
music loving folks.
Thank you all for making this weekend so memorable (& for awakening my
husband to the profound appreciation of Joni's genius).
