I have a teenager, so I think it's easier to be frank & I think they have a better 
sense of understanding of these kinds of issues.

However, I think that more importantly than what we tell our kids, ultimately what 
matters is how we LIVE OUR LIVES. If we live in fear, then what we SAY is irrelevant. 
If we talk love but live hate, it will fall on deaf ears.

Kids are always much smarter than we give them credit for.
