Cindy,

What a second here. The confusion seems to be growing instead of
diminishing. No one has ever said that Michael Paz is a "close-minded
monster-with-an-agenda". No, no, no, nothing anything like that, no way!
 Your story about his generosity toward you doesn't surprise me at all.
It's another example in a long long list. 

The controversy is only in his perceived complete support of his pal
Marcel's actions. That, too, can be seen as a sign of Michael's
generosity rather than anything hurtful toward anyone. At another time,
I would have appreciated that more than I was able to in the last few
days. 

I think it is possible to disagree vehemently with and be furious about
someone's actions and still love that person. It's not always easy to
make it clear that the anger is toward the action and not a complete
condemnation of the entire person. Apparently, that is the confusion
here, and is something I need to sort out with Michael. I sincerely hope
I  will be able to do that soon.
