I saw tonight in London(on the news), a marching band at Buckingham Palace
play "The Star Spangled Banner". It really made me feel a sense of
solidarity and support from around the world. It struck me more than any of
the countless other times I've heard or sung it(once at a women's basketball
game in college w/ a cheat sheet :~}) I just thought it was very cool.
