You're right, Kate, Jeff is a sweetheart. I met him several times many years
ago when he used to be in a band out of New Haven called Eight to the Bar. My
friend Haz, who sang a lot like Janis Joplin, used to sit in with the band
when they played in Boston. He wouldn't remember me, but I'm sure he hasn't
forgotten Haz. Poor Haz died about 10 years ago, but she was an incredible,
colorful character.
Congratulations to your Jeff on his new CD.
