Nevertheless, I don't think DED is about Joni's idea of truth: If you read the lyrics of "Fiction" you will see that she depicts everything as fiction (which I think it is) but she never mentions anywhere that she holds the Truth. All she's saying is "I can't decide/ thruth/fiction." As far as other themes on the album, it seems to me Joni is just doing straight talk about REALITY. I should have said REALITY instead of TRUTH because that may hopefully be a less controversial concept? Laurent
