How could I forget??? The Singing Nun album was one of the few we owned - that and the soundtracks to Camelot and My Fair Lady, plus The Nutcracker Suite.
Anyway, I remember my father bought a new 'hi-fi" that my mother was kind of afraid of. We were playing "The Singing Nun" and the record kept playing over and over. My mother was afraid she'd break something if she turned it off. So we listened to it for a couple of hours until my father came home. It's probably why I did ok in French :-) lots of love Anne
