I'm no purist but I do appreciate good sound. Do you know a singer named Ed Ames? My parents played his version of "I Heard The Bells On Christmas Day" as I remember on this same LP there was Doris Day and Barbra Streisand&others. Ed ames did a very nice version of IHTBOCD. An all time favorite Christmas song of mine is:Carol of The Bells.....I prefer to here it with a full choir. Although instrumental is good too.
