My choice would be "Morning, Morgantown". I've always thought that would make a great kids' song. It's got a nice upbeat melody and there are lots of descriptive things that I think would appeal to kids. They could talk about the meanings of the lyrics and compare the descriptions in the song to what they know from their own lives.
