I don't get it. Is this something to do with prouncing t's? I don't pronounce
my t's the Anerican way-i.e i don't leave them out.

oh but it isn't posh. at least not to me. my friend, who is a grand niece of
Virginia Wolfe, nowshe does sound posh and a lovely person with it too. Upper
class and not a snob.
