But - this isn't exclusive to the HDCD release is it? The copy that I have (which I remember taking forever to get on special order in 1989/90) has the altered CD artwork but has the "paint a starry night again..." bit on it. Did some early CD versions omit this?
Reuben >>Yes, it probably was a time constraint. The first CDs were 74 minutes, the later ones 80 minutes. (650 vs. 700 MB of data). I do really miss the "Paint a starry night again, man" comment that was on my old vinyl copy of Miles of Aisles.... :-)
