It was really funny when in the beginning of this love she was singing this leather masked guy walks out on the stage with a huge diaper on. Leona was cracking up with a buzz from the night before at the Roseland. Ryan was on the sidelines LHAO She amazingly continued with the song, how she did it, I honestly don't know. When she left the stage, Ryan gave her a big hug and a smooch. Ryan finally stumbled on the stage at around 10:30 carrying this huge white flag clad in flare legged blue jeans, plaid shirt, and a black leather jacket wearing shades and sensuously smoking a cigarette. He opened with this bluesy Doors like song, dunno the name of the song. My guess is it's new. He reminded me a lot of a young Jim Morrison. He played about 13 songs for a good 1 1/2 - 2hrs. Some of the songs on the setlist: Tina Toledo Answering Bell Nobody Girl Firecracker Silver & Gold Touch, Feel and Lose New York, New York (slow version) Somehow, Someday Harder Now That it's Over for the encore... an awesome cover of "Brown Sugar" This was my first Live Ryan concert, so I've got nothing to compare it to. Overall I thought it was an amazing show. His drummer is awesome btw! I left happier than a pig in shit. It was well worth the three trains I had to link up with to get to the Temple University Station to meet Nikki. We froze our asses off, but YES, I'd do it again. And no, he didn't buy me a drink Paz:( I had quite a few spilled on me . I did manage to get his attention :~) They checked my bag on the way in, do you believe it? Moi Good thing I didn't smuggle my camera in, but I so envied those photographers dead front center stage. I did manage to scarf up an unobstructed view at the top of the stairwell being guarded by an EF employee leading down to the stage area. Can't wait for the new album. love, rose
