Has anyone else seen the new re-mastered print of "The Last Waltz" yet? I went last night, at the Castro theater in San Francisco, and have to say, they've done one fantastic job. The sound alone is worth the trip to the movies. Plus the visuals are so clear now. But the sound... is amazing. The theater was packed, for a Wednesday evening, and spontaneious audience applause joined that of the audience at Winterland, after several of the musician's songs, notably, Joni's Coyote. What a glorious rock 'n' roll conccert film. Richard in San Francisco
