Not that it matters, really, but -- Less than four years ago, I saw Joni from a distance of 5-6 feet, in semi-bright, revealing light, with little or no make-up. By no means did she look "old" or a "sea hag," whatever that is (she looked her age, more or less). Of course I'm sure she has aged some since then (boy, have I!), but I really think, as some others have said, that her "look" is largely dependent on whether she's showing her joy or her bitterness or disappointment or whatever it is that seems to trouble her sometimes. Anyway, as always, here's wishing her good health and lots of reasons for joy.
