I am a really big fan of Paul McC and Oregon. I started playing oboe after listening to their music, and I still enjoy very much playing my "bitchy oboe". I met Paul a couple of years ago, after a gig of the Oregon European Tour. He was very kind and promised to send me a few scores of his compositions. I sent him an E-mail or two, and his wife Robin replied that Paul was very busy, and that maybe later on he would have sent the scores I asked him. Unfortunately, he never found the time to reply. So, Fred, please greet your friend from me and tell him he is one of the best musicians I ever had the honour to see live!!! Mario (from Italy)
