Hoax alert!  Do not delete the file jdbgmgr.exe.  It is a legitimate 
Windows file that you should *expect* to find on your system.

Sorry for the lack of NJC tag, but the hoax mail did not have one and I 
didn't want to leave the Joni-onlies with false information.
