I never got the sense that The Blonde in the Bleachers was Joni.  Just an 
observation of the music business and the "stars."  I definitely heard the 
empathy, perhaps the sisterhood, but not that she was the one flipping her 
hair.  One of those Joni female observations (i.e., danced with the lady with 
the hole in her stocking).
