Funny, I found the water warmer in the Pacific though maybe its warmer down around Puerto Vallarta. Make sure you put Cumberland Island on your list. I've been twice and both times were very magical. It wasn't so magical getting stuck in a swamp but that definately made the second trip very memorable.
