in a sense it is a memorial service but it could also be one of visioning & hope...& its one we all share commonly, yet we have been affected by it in varying ways... i'd have lots of music, lots of candles, let people take turns coming up & expressing their thoughts & feelings...maybe as each speaks, they light a candle, & say a prayer? just some thoughts off the top of my head...
