Unfortunately, there's not an awful lot you can do about
these sorts of things: some are plain old spam, some are
more insidious scams.  However, the golden rule always
applies, and this is the best advice I can give:-

        If it looks too good to be true... it is!

Just like U.n.i.v.e.r.s.i.t.y..D.i.p.l.o.m.a.s, Free $1000 
Vacations, and your free 2002 US Government Grant.  Like,
hello, .co.uk e-mail address... hello? hello? Grrr.
