Randy, I checked out the website and it gets ten stars for location but the teepees (or "tipis") are the only accomodation! I know there are many big houses you can rent along gorgeous stretches of the Russian River up that way. Many of the Cal group (both Norte and Del Sur) have been talking ideas for a west coast fest forever. Maybe we should stop being so laid back and finally start putting it together! ;-) Kakki
