It wasn't easy, I can tell you. Hand-shaping every one of those damn mugs, not to mention the kiln time. Those tails made it impossible to fit more than two at a time. I still don't think I got the nose quite right, and some people were a little offended by the baby pacifier round the dingo's neck. Still, all in a good cause, right? >Me now...The raffle and give-away items were all so wonderful. I also >want to thank all of you who bought so many tickets to support the >JMDL. But...hey...this is what >Joni is all about. On a slightly more serious note ;o), I did pretty well in the raffle too. One of Les Ross' wonderful original cross-stitches, and a double-CD of Joni live in Philadelphia in 1976 - thanks to whoever donated this, it's wonderful, and has a great version of For Free! Several people also commented on the Joni (Siquomb) t-shirt I made for Kerry. I'm thinking of making a few to sell next Jonifest, with the profits going to Jim (presumably it will be his turn)! If people like this idea, I'll work on 3 or 4 designs, and take orders a few months before the 'fest itself. Hell
