So, I decided to check www.hmv.ca to see if there was any chance of ordering "Travelogue" in advance from a local source. No apparent sign of it yet (how Canadian!), but I did find a few interesting things:
First, you can get DED for $7.99 CDN ($5.26 US)- is that cheap or what?! Jeez, even if you're one of those who hate it, you should buy it anyway - buy two! Second, HOSL or NRH for $10.99 CDN or $7.23 US. There are a few more for $16.99 CDN, which is still cheap for here. Then, there's this other thing I've never heard of - "For Free" for $12.99 CDN. Judging by the track listing, it looks like one of those "Ladies of the Canyon" things rearranged (what's that other one called? Girls in the Valley? the one with the really ugly caricature of Joni on it). But this version doesn't have that ugly picture on it.
