I love the crashing, gnashing sound of these syllables:

"Crazy latin
dancin' solo
down in Herald Square.
Oh Havana,
I've been searchin'
for you
everywhere."

Then he begins to soar erratically, seemingly without a resolution. The way
he sings this is totally wacky, and builds tension:

"And though I'll never be there
I know what I WOULD SEE there."

And the resolution, back to the title:
"I can always find my Cuban skies
 in Rosalinda's eyes."

Most of all, though, I love the idea that he's searching for something but
vows:
"I'll return before the fire dies
 in Rosalinda's eyes."

Ah Jim, Rosalinda's Eyes was on the list in my head! ..even tho' I only
mentioned Nocturne and Vienna. This is definitely one of my favorites.
It's all those yummy suspended and major 7th chords that help make the lyric
shine. Jenny
