(which clearly i didn't!!).... i'm willing to print, bind and distribute a hard copy of the cookbook (complete with snazzy laminated covers to be manufactured by resident assistant techno-wizard lori fye) to whoever is interested. all you need to do is just send me an email with your address and all that stuff, and i'll get the thing out to you asap.
