That sounds like what I heard Sunday on Weekend Edition, which I posted scanty information about yesterday morning and you have admirably added fuller information and a link and I am profoundly grateful! Thank you! I heard something else today, and wish I had heard that instead of semi heard, but it was something different. I have no idea if it was on national ATC or just on the WUOM broadcast.
