Hi Andrew, There's no real news about this tribute CD...all the recordings are in the can, just sitting there waiting for...whatever. Of course, if you're looking for Joni tribute cd's, I've only got about 50+ to share, and if you don't have Pazfest, Big Yellow Taxi, Moon At The Window, these are all worthy of your time.
A couple of these "Case of Joni" recordings are already on the street. I saw where Bjork just released a box set of rarities, I immediately looked to see if "Boho Dance" was on it, but no such luck. Not that I'm overly anxious to her Bjork sing anything, mind you...but to her credit, nobody else has tackled Boho Dance yet so I'd love to hear it on that level alone.
