She was holding my hand and INSISTED that Pearl take another picture because she had her eyes closed for the first one, which ended up being the truth. I like to believe that she just wanted to hold my hand a little bit longer - lord knows *I* was certainly on cloud 9 and to this day consider this photo one of the best ever taken of me.
