Please delete this post if you're not a tennis fan... My God, I think I'm seeing the future of British tennis! Alex Bogdanovic is actually leading Lleyton Hewitt in the first set, and, more importantly, looks like a natural and is making Hewitt look ordinary at the moment. I'm a bit of a tennis purist, and lament the rise of muscled thumpers and superfit grinders (of whom Hewitt is the apotheosis). Bogdanovic has a lovely, fluid one-handed backhand, reminding me of Justine Henin, just about my favourite player on the women's tour.
Since I started typing this, Hewitt has broken back, but hey, he is the world's number one, and our boy is about 450... Azeem in London
