<One more thing . . . you have beautiful hardwood floors!> Thanks Smurf. My partner of 27 years,Chester, and I designed and built our home 4 years ago. We could afford to do so in Mo. That is why we left our home of 20 years - SF - just couldn't afford to do that there. It was difficult but we've adjusted and love our home.
