Thanks to everyone who helped me with 'Life and times'copies and for the
lovely welcome.I was fortunate to see Joni play in Edmonton 25 years after
Woodstock and, with this awful war happening, have written another verse
to try and maintain my optimism. It was how I saw it. I think I shall have
a beer and go and sing it!

I saw Joni sing one August and it was 25 years on
And this song cracked through the night air on the whiplash of her tongue
The chords rang hard and cynical, soft grey clouds hung in her eyes
But I could still see butterflies
Through Canadian twilight
We sang
We are stardust, we are golden
And we've got to get ourselves
Back to the garden

Love
Anita
